Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. It impact our ongoing services, hence client / customer may cancel their request but 80 percent of agreed payment shall be reserved / retained / collected. No shows and late cancelation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may Show up earlier. For these reasons, QUERCIA IT SYS LLP has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted email followed by in-person. Should be acknowledged by the both parties in the SLA. Any reason for closure of agreement subject to adhere the refund policy as mentioned in below. Please note that refunds will be processed in the nature of original form of payment. Refund requests of specific service from SLA made less than 90 business days prior will be subject to an Administration fee of 80 percent of the whole price shall be reserved / retained. No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the sudden request from client about cancellation.
